in a thousand years the future will consist of everything being electronically ran your toilet you will be able to say flusha and it will flush. all doors and devices will be voice activated. yes people will exist but we will not be able to do anythng with out it being electronic. all cars will be battery ran there will be no such thing as gas anymore and roads and things will all be different along with the look of cities due to needing all of this technology. the hoverboard as you say will be created by then because everything electroniclly made or ran will be used in 1000 years. this world in 1000 years will not have all the social life that we live with now it will be almost like everyone is there own robot.
